No Content ID. I will never claim your work.

Every Møssbeck and DNF track — except the two listed at the end — is free to use in your own work: videos, streams, games, podcasts. No royalties, no licence fee, no strike coming from me. Nothing I’ve released myself is registered with Content ID or a PRO, so there’s no automated match set to flag it. Use it, ship it, keep your revenue — and once you’ve shipped, you’re clear for good: I won’t pull permission on work you’ve already put out, even if I revise these terms later.

What you can do

  • Background music in videos (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, client work).
  • Live streams and stream VODs — nothing from me will flag them.
  • Games and interactive projects, including commercial ones.
  • Podcasts, intros, transitions.
  • Remixes, edits, flips — rework a track into something of your own and release it (a credit’s still appreciated).

Just credit me

Credit keeps the door open and helps someone else find the music. In your description, credits, or wherever fits:

That’s all I ask. (DNF is the former name of the same project — crediting Møssbeck is what I’d love, but crediting DNF on older tracks is fine too.)

What’s not covered

Two tracks came out through a record label and aren’t mine alone to give away, so they’re excluded from this permission:

  • Out To Get You (DNF)
  • Hyper Orbit (DNF)

You won’t find them here or on Bandcamp — but if you come across them elsewhere, they’re not covered.

One real limit: don’t pass my track off as your own. Re-uploading or reselling it as-is — as your release, your product, or on a “free music” compilation that doesn’t point back to me — isn’t use, it’s repackaging. But a full-track showcase that credits me and links back (a promo channel, a playlist upload) is welcome — that’s just sharing it forward. If in doubt, ask.

Need it in writing?

Some platforms or clients want explicit written clearance. Happy to send one — email with the track and where it’ll be used, and you’ll get a one-line permission back.

Language

The French version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
